About
Osnova [the Foundation] — is an UGC-platform that operates three websites — tjournal, vc.ru and DTF. The largest media about business and games on CIS with an audience of ≈20 million visitors per month.
During my tenure, I led the development and ongoing maintenance of a design system, curated a harmonized icon set, introduced a B2B dashboard, and led two major redesigns of both web and application interfaces. Additionally, I provided mentorship to junior designers, monitored product metrics, and proposed data-driven solutions to enhance user experience and product performance.
